The BIA is in the process of updating regulations related to the management, operation, and maintenance of three utilities: San Carlos Irrigation Project-Power Division and Colorado River Agency-Power Division, both in Arizona; and Mission Valley Power utility in Montana. In collaboration with local power utilities, including some tribal employees, we have drafted revisions to Title 25 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 175 "Electric Power Utilities". We now request formal input on the draft rule. Consultation sessions on the draft rule, as well as crosswalks showing the edits between the current version of the regulation and the drafted (new) version of the regulation are listed below also.

Comments on the draft rule must be submitted by May 20th, 2016.
