Comments on the information collection burden should be received by June 2, 2014 in order to ensure consideration, but must be received no later than June 30, 2014. Comments may be submitted through a variety of methods, as outlined in the Proposed Rule. The comment deadline for this Rule has been extended - all comments must now be received by July 31, 2014.
