Chinook Public Hearing

    Overview

    A virtual public hearing will be held for the Chinook Judgment Funds (ICC Docket 234) on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at 1:00 PM (PST), via Zoom. Individuals descended from those persons listed on the 1914 Lower Chinook and Clatsop Payment Roll, or tribal entities with members descended from the Roll, are invited to express their views by appearing at the hearing.

    Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, and make verbal statements that are three minutes or less in length during the virtual hearing. Live closed captioning will be offered during the virtual hearing. Pre-registration is required to attend and should be done prior to the start of the hearing. Please see below for directions on how to register, join, and use the features of the webinar.
