2.02.2023 Notice of Meeting CHANGE; Self-Governance PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee

As published in the Federal Register, the PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee was originally scheduled to convene public meetings to be held both in-person and virtually on Wednesday and Thursday, February 1-2, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at Department of the Interior, 1849 C Street NW, Washington, DC 20240.

Although the Federal and Tribal subcommittees have been diligently working to reach consensus on provisions to be considered by the full Committee, there has arisen a need for some additional time for the subcommittee to review and advance a response to the proposed subparts that have been exchanged. Therefore, to facilitate cost efficiency as well as the most efficient and productive use of the Committee’s time, the meeting is hereby converted to:
