2025 TAC-G Conference

The Tribal Assistance Coordination Group Conference is intended to bring together tribal emergency managers and program personnel, federal emergency management personnel, Volunteer Organization Active in Disasters (VOAD) personnel, and other state, local, and emergency management professionals to share the latest program information and best practices for all-hazard emergencies and disasters.

Government lodging is available! A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees from May 12, 2025, to May 16, 2025. Check-in is available by 4:30 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

All reservations must be made by April 21, 2025. To receive the government lodging rate, individuals may make reservations directly with the Resort by calling the toll-free number 1-800-760-6700. Ask for the BIA Office of Emergency Management group to receive the government group rate or use the booking link below.

Rates cannot be changed upon check-in or at checkout times for guests who fail to identify their affiliation when the reservation is requested. After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available and rate-available basis only.

Individual No-Shows or Cancellation: Resort allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guest room reservation without penalty up to 24 hours before attendees' scheduled arrival date. Any room cancellations after 24 hours before the arrival date will result in a penalty of one night's room and tax to be charged to the method in which the reservation was guaranteed. Departures before scheduled departure date will be subject to an early departure fee of one night's room and tax.
