Indigenous Youth Climate Resiliency Through Public Policy Program

IYCRTPP is a 13-week-long policy program for a cohort of 20 U.S.-based Indigenous youth. The first part of the program consists of a 12-week series of virtual workshops that aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to drive change through a policy-oriented lens. During this time, participants will design and hone their own policy proposal using their newly learned skills.

The final week of the program consists of an all-expense-paid trip to Washington D.C., where participants will meet and collaborate with each other and present their policy proposals to policymakers.

The program begins on January 23, 2024. The final week in Washington, D.C. takes place April 14-20, 2024.
