Lisa Wayne, Chief, Division of Capital Investment (DCI)
As Chief of the Division of Capital Investment, Lisa leads the DCI program for the Office of Indian Economic Development. In this role, she implements the DCI strategic vision through the management of the Loan Guarantee and Loan Insurance programs and services which leverages more than $100 million annually in economic activities throughout Indian Country.
Lisa brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in managing economic development programs on Indian lands that proven beneficial to many tribes. She is a member of the Navajo Nation. She has a Master's Degree in Economics from the New Mexico State University.
