Stephanie Conduff’s career is focused on partnering with Indian Country to promote self-governance, economic opportunities and wellness for Native people. holds a BA in Journalism and a BA in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Public Policy with a focus on Native Economic Development from the University of Minnesota, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
With a rich background encompassing law, policy development, and business, Stephanie has pioneered efforts to diversify industries and create job opportunities for Tribal citizens across Indian Country. Her leadership emphasizes leveraging private sector growth and investment to reduce dependency on federal programs.
Beyond her professional contributions, Stephanie is deeply committed to mentoring youth. She enjoys coaching her daughter's competitive soccer team. Stephanie also enjoys a rich cultural life in the Cherokee Nation, where she loves creating traditional feather capes and dancing at her ceremonial grounds. She shares a special bond with her daughter and mother as they design modern Indigenous clothing together – celebrating their multigenerational approach to contemporary and functional designs.
