Tribal Transportation Program (TTP) Access Road Mileage Limitation (25 CFR 170.477)

The Tribal Transportation Program (TTP) regulations are at 25 CFR Part 170. Section 170.477 of these regulations limit the maximum length of access roads that may be included on the National Tribal Transportation Facility Inventory (NTTFI) to 15 miles. On December 16, 2020, the Department invited Tribes to consult on several questions regarding access road eligibility.  See:  December 16, 2020 Dear Tribal Leader Letter.
