Forestry

The BIA forestry program, part of the Natural Resources department, provides direct and indirect services for native allotment owners (allottees). These services include but are not limited to:

  • Setting up timber sales
  • Developing forest management plans
  • Conducting forestry inventories
  • Implementing forest health treatments
  • Investigating timber trespass cases

Our forestry professionals are available to offer consultation or assistance for any forestry related matter that is of concern to allottees.
