The Okmulgee Agency is under the general supervision of the Line Officer in charge, the Agency Superintendent. The Agency services four Federally recognized Tribes: Alabama-Quassarte Tribal Town; Kialegee Tribal Town; The Muscogee (Creek) Nation; and Thlopthlocco Tribal Town. The branches of the Agency include the Office of the Superintendent, the Branch of Trust Services (including Fire Management) and the Branch of Tribal Services. The Branch of Tribal Services oversees the Agency self determination and Tribal operations oversight responsibilities.
