When you contact NIOGEMS help desk, please provide the following information:

- A brief description of your issue(s) including attachments showing error/warning messages (if available)

Password Reset Requests
If you’re an Indian Affairs federal user, please submit an “Access” ticket through the Bison Support System, formerly the Service Center: https://bisonsupport-dwp.fed.onbmc.com.
- Choose "IA - Something is Broken"
- Choose "Access" radio button, then click "Next," and following the prompts to select your Computer
If you’re a Tribal user, you won’t be able to use the Bison Support System. Please contact the NIOGEMS help desk instead.
