Rules for Creating Forms
The office that creates a form is responsible for a few things:
- Accessibility: Making sure the form works for people with disabilities (508 compliance).
- Privacy: Checking with the Privacy Officer if the form asks for personal details.
- Design: Creating the "fillable" boxes on the form.
The RACA office will double-check the forms. They fix basic errors and make sure each form has the correct date, version number, and the name of the office that owns it.
