The Northern Pueblos Agency consists of eight tribes and the following branches of service for the 5 Federally-recognized tribes under their jurisdiction. 3 tribes have entered into Self-Governance Compacts:

- Branch of Real Estate Services - Jennifer Salazar
- Branch of Social Services - Jesse Davila
- Branch of Natural Resources - Norman Jojola
- Branch of Forestry - (Vacant)
- Fire Management - Valentin Vasquez (Acting)
- Branch of Road Maintenance - Norman Jojola
- Tribal Government Services - (Vacant)
The Northern Pueblos Agency provides direct services to the following five Federally recognized tribes: Pueblo of Nambe, Pueblo of Picuris, Pueblo of Pojoaque, Pueblo of San Ildefonso, and the Pueblo of Tesuque. Three Self-Governance tribes serviced by the agency are the Ohkay Owingeh, Pueblos of Santa Clara and the Pueblo of Taos. Approximately 10,292 members are eligible to receive various services through their tribal office.
