Below is information to apply to be an advocate and the list of advocates approved to practice in the Court of Indian Offenses. Please contact Court for copy of application.

  • Advocate Application

There is a $25.00 fee to practice in the Court.

Any fees will need to be paid to Pay.gov.

You may preview the form to prepare for the information that is being requested. If you have any questions regarding the information being requested, please contact the Court Clerk's Office.

If approved, you will be notified and provided with a copy of an Administrative Order approving your application.
