Policies

The Department's Personnel Bulletin 18-01, Prevention and Elimination of Harassing Conduct, defines unacceptable conduct; outlines the rights and responsibilities of employees, supervisors, and managers; and establishes reporting procedures and accountability measures.

Mandatory Training

Topic

Mandatory training is identified as critical to the development of employees to carry out the mission of the Department, mandated by statute or required by Departmental policy, and must be completed within the required timeframes.

Additional courses may be required each year. Employees should check with their supervisors to ensure full compliance with training requirements.

With the exception of Government Charge Card certification and QuickTime training, all training is taken through DOI Talent.
