Any federal register content (notices) should not be uploaded as files on IA or BIE websites. Instead content managers are strongly recommended to add links the FederalRegister.gov website instead. In the past, content managers would upload PDF files for Federal Register notices in the content management system for displaying on websites. This presents several issues including accessibility issues and duplication of content across our websites.
