The office is responsible for all facets of the performance management process pursuant to established budget policy, procedures, and processes as determined by statute, Departmental, OMB and Congressional guidelines in the development and formulation of the President’s Budget Request to the Congress. It also integrates the performance planning as required by GPRA, which includes performance data and reporting processes that support planning and management decisions and facilitates IA compliance with federal requirements to ensure accountability and effectiveness of IA programs.
The office is responsible for providing guidance and technical assistance to all programs to ensure compliance with these activities/functions:

Coordinate Quarterly Performance Reporting
Coordinate Data Validation and Verification
Provide Performance Management training
