Our Mission
The mission of the Branch of Resource Solutions is to coordinate, manage, and provide user support for enterprise software and geospatial data across the Office of Trust Services.
Who We Serve
The Branch of Resource Solutions (BRS) partners with Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) service providers across the Office of Trust Services (OTS) to integrate geospatial data and enterprise software solutions to share information more effectively, improve efficiency, and bring better service to federally-recognized Tribes, our stakeholders and the general public.
BRS’s current priority is implementing the Solutions Trust Accountability Tracker (STAT) throughout OTS. STAT is a cloud-based software package that works with the BIA’s legacy systems to modernize the usage of trust land geospatial data, enable improved accountability and project management monitoring/tracking, and accelerate collaboration between business units. In addition to increased efficiency, by adopting STAT the BIA can provide greater access to online services for Tribal governments and individual Indian landowners.
