Problem-solving Options
- Consultation
- This is an informal one-on-one meeting or discussion to help employees or managers discuss their options and make decisions.
- Conflict Coaching
- Conflict coaching is a voluntary, confidential, one-on-one process that combines ADR and coaching principles. It is a personalized approach that helps people develop skills and strategies for managing interpersonal conflicts effectively.
- Leadership Coaching
- Leadership coaching provides personalized learning for busy executives and employees. It addresses immediate and tactical issues and long-term strategic issues or opportunities. It also helps them better understand themselves and their surroundings.
- Training and Team Building
- We offer training on handling conflicts, having tough conversations, effective communication, understanding work culture, negotiation, basic and advanced mediation, and basic facilitation. We can also find or create more training based on specific needs.
- Facilitated Conversation
- This involves a neutral third person helping with a difficult conversation to address concerns, clear up misunderstandings, and improve communication and working relationships. It is less formal than mediation.
- Mediation
- Mediation is a private discussion led by a neutral mediator who helps the parties reach mutually acceptable solutions. It promotes working together to solve problems and can also address issues beyond the immediate concern.
- Facilitation
- This is when a neutral person (facilitator) helps communication between parties or guides a group to solve problems, reach group decisions, and achieve goals to resolve or improve a situation. A facilitator is usually less involved in the details than a mediator.
