Organizational Ombuds

CADR Ombudsmen provide a safe, confidential space to discuss concerns, explore options, and consider possible solutions to any work-related issue. They help employees at all levels manage conflict and other situations. The Ombudsman is independent and neutral. Contacting an ombudsman is voluntary and is never part of a formal process.
